Moses Vuyo Ngobeni holds a B Social Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Purchasing and Materials Management from the University of Cape Town, along with a Management Development Programme Certificate from UNISA. He also completed the Applied Directorship Programme through Sirdar.
With extensive experience in business consulting, operations management, and recruitment, Moses has held senior roles in the retail sector, including Area Manager, HR Project Manager, National Recruitment Manager, and Regional Manager. As a Regional Manager, he oversaw 4 Area Managers, 25 retail outlets, a Visual Display Team, and a sales turnover of R180 million.
He now works as a Business Consultant and is a valued member of the team.
Mr Wanga Mbasa

Mr Mbasa’s leadership style is geared towards using innovation and creativity in order to bring about change in any organisation that he is a part of. Mr Mbasa is a Technical Professional with training in high value Mechanical Engineering specialisations. He holds Advanced Diploma in Medical Engineering, from Institute of Technology from Western Australia, Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Pretoria and Master’s Degree in data capturing from Haute École Louvain en Hainaut. He has a keen interest in commercialising his technical skills through educating himself in Sales, Financial Management and Project Investment Decision Making as well as Marketing for Engineers. With his combination of training and experience he has taken on management roles in various industries spanning: Medical Devices, Education, Tech, Automotive Manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Goods in the Africa, Europe and Middle East region.
Ms Samantha Seeiso

Adv. Insp. Samantha Keamogetse Seeiso is an inspiring leader with a recognized track record in strategic and operational roles in various public and private sectors, as well as community development organisations. She is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a Labour Inspector inter alia. She has been a Legal Manager at an iron ore and manganese mine in the Northern Cape and has an NPO which focuses on women’s issues across the landscape. She has held positions in the following fields: legal reform especially in renewable energy, land redistribution and restitution, enterprise development, mining especially in regards to renewable energy, and land reform. She is currently in private practice and investments and sits on various boards and committees. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Law (UP) and has done various courses in relation to similar fields as previously mentioned.
Ms Keitumetse Molatlhwa

Keitumetse Molatlhwa holds a BCom Honours degree in Economics from the University of Pretoria and is an accomplished Infrastructure Financing Specialist with over 10 years’ experience. Keitumetse is responsible for the relationship management of the state-owned companies’ portfolio at Absa CIB, where she’s responsible for originating, structuring, and executing funding for infrastructure projects.
She’s committed to delivering value, excels in tailoring financial solutions to meet both client needs and organisational objectives. With a results-driven approach and a strong focus on cultivating mutually beneficial relationships, I consistently exceed expectations and drive success in every engagement.
Mr Tebogo Selao

Tebogo Selao is an independent finance consultant and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) SA with a strong commitment to implementing sustainable solutions. He has experience as an auditor and accountant across various sectors, including telecommunications, construction, education, insurance, banking, medical aid, media and communication, and pension funds. He holds a BComm in Accounting from the University of North West, a BComm Honours in Accounting from UNISA, and has completed a Business System Analysis short course through UCT. His expertise spans auditing, accounting, tax, cost management, data analytics, IFRS/GRAP, business system and strategy analysis, leadership, and financial analysis.
